Let me just say that this one was a bit more challenging. We had 17 paper pieces. My paper piecing skills are definitely improving with this quilt along. Here are my first three blocks together...
I'm having so much fun with this one! Now it's your turn. Come show off your snowflake block and let's see how everyone is progressing!
Today I'll be linking up with Fabric Tuesday at Quilt Story, Show and Tell Tuesday at I Have to Say, Too Cute Tuesday at Funky Polka Dot Giraffe, Handmade Tuesdays at Ladybug Blessings, and Sew Cute Tuesday at Blossom Heart Quilts. And on Wednesday at WIP Wednesday at Freshly Pieced and Let's Bee Social at Sew Fresh Quilts. And finally, on Friday with Quilt Art Designs for Paper Piecing Friday and Confessions of a Fabric Addict for Can I Get a Whoop Whoop?!?
Now here's our linkup for your snowflake blocks...
You've made your blocks with a beautiful combination of fabrics. They are gorgeous together. And beautifully assemblled too!
ReplyDeleteYour blocks look really fantastic. These blocks really appealed to me, but I never got around to them before Christmas. There's some genius to reverting a too late situation into a very early oportunity.
ReplyDeleteI love your snowflake block ! I had bought Amy Friends snowflake pattern back in January but there was a couple of things that didn't suit me with it. This version seems to address my preferences. Thanks so much for putting the link up to the pattern.
ReplyDeleteHere is my version if you are interested

I just realized that I left the wrong link for my snowflake block. Sorry Here's the right one.

I'm not into Christmas stuff, usually. But I LOVE these! Especially the backgrounds. I think I might be inspired...
ReplyDeleteGreat fabric choices! These look amazing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful block! I really need to try this one :)
ReplyDeleteYou must know I'm terribly attracted to your snowflake block. It's beautiful! Well worth the 17 pieces!
