Leader/Ender Linky Party!

Today's the day!  We are linking up our leader/ender progress for this month!  As my regular followers know, I've been working on a long term project called Patches and Pinwheels.  Here's where I was last month.

Patches and Pinwheels January

So I had 60 sets.  Here's where I am this month...

Patches and Pinwheels February

Yup.  Sixty-one.  Not a lot of progress.  But that's because I still have a Moda quilt to get done and with all the other projects, I relegated the making of pinwheels to leaders/enders so I could work on everything at once.  I have 180 of these things to make..

Fancy That Pinwheels

I've made a good dent and it's getting ready to move to primary position in the sewing line.  I'm making two versions of this quilt, one for Moda and the Bakeshop, and one with my own fabrics (Cori Dantini's Makers line).  So I'll have a finish soon to show you!!

Now it's your turn!  What has been your leader/ender project?  Come link up and show us what you're working on.

Today, I'm linking up with Fabric Tuesday at Quilt Story, Freemotion by the River for Linky Tuesday, and Blossom Heart Quilts for Sew Cute Tuesday.

  2. Leaders and enders is one way to handle those multiple projects. Sounds like you are making good progress.

  3. That is a lot of pinwheels! Looks like you are really going fast though making three of them. I love the fabrics in the last photo.

  4. I've been slacking. Quilting and binding doesn't produce as many leaders and ender results as piecing. :-) I do have some bonus triangles done a couple days ago, but no plan.

  5. I keep thinking a leaders and enders project would be a great way to keep something moving along, but so far haven't been organised enough to do it. I'm hoping seeing yours will inspire me to get on with it.
