Rainbow Scrap Challenge - Twirling Four Patch

So, last night I took a break from working on my Moda Bakeshop project to do some sewing on the RSC15 project being hosted by so scrappy.  This is the Twirling Four Patch...

RSC15 - Twirling Four Patch

This block took way more time to finish than it should have.  I think that the part of moving that is driving me the most crazy is the, "not being able to find anything," thing.  I have another orange block to do then the alternate blocks.

Today I'm linking up with Fabric Tuesday at Quilt Story, Linky Tuesday at Freemotion by the River, and Sew Cute Tuesday at Blossom Heart Quilts.

  1. I get what you mean about moving....8 months and I still have boxes to unpack for my sewing room...Problem is, this place is temporary and I don't have as much room as before...Nice block!

  3. I think I always romanticize moving...until I have to go through it again. HA! But the block is gorgeous and I hope things start falling into place for you soon. :)

  4. That looks great! That's one of my favorite pinwheel blocks, and I used a version of it in my QAL earlier this year. I look forward to seeing the orange quilt come together. How frustrating it must sometimes be that everything isn't at your fingertips.
