Leader/Ender Linky Party for August is Live!

I have been looking forward to this post for a week because I just KNEW I'd made good progress on my leaders/enders this month.  So, without further ado, here is where I was last month...

Patches and Pinwheels - July

That's 32 sets of blocks.  And this month...

Patches and Pinwheels - August

I was right!!!  This is 41 sets!  And I am so loving this quilt.  My favorite colors along with one of my favorite blocks, the pinwheel.  It is looking so good!  Almost at the halfway point.

Now it's your turn.  Come show us where you are on your leaders/enders this month!

Today I'm linking up with Fabric Tuesday at Quilt Story, Show and Tell Tuesday at I Have to Say, Sew Cute Tuesday at Blossom Heart Quilts, and Linky Tuesday at Freemotion by the River.

It's going to be beautiful! I like the combination of the post stamp and pinwheels blocks.

Wow, Cathy! Your blocks are gorgeous! I love yellow and blue together and the pinwheels with the postage stamp blocks together are wonderful! I really need to try the leaders/enders thing!!

PS.. I didn't even notice the green until I looked at your photos again! Too funny. I still love it, though.

Either those are smaller blocks than it looks like, or you are making one really big quilt! Or both. =) I still love it, too, and I know it's going to be so cheery on your bed, especially during dreary days.

I don't have enough L & E action to post about, but an idea to share. This past weekend I was at a quilting retreat. One member brought a HUGE stack of Leaders and Enders and passed them out to the rest of us. She got a huge stack sewn and several people got convinced of the value of L & Es.

Good lookin'. I like hat there are three main colors. That's lots of leaders and Enders. I think my new stack has only sewn about 100 squares so far.
