I really love the way this quilt is coming out so far...
The color play is gorgeous. Each log cabin finishes at 11 inches so the large squares are right at 22 inches.
I am missing my machine time so hopefully I'll be able to make some progress on my elephants tonight. Hope yall are having a great week!!!

Your log cabin blocks look great! I love the contrast of the warm yellow and cool blue in your current block.
ReplyDeleteYour blocks are beautiful and I love this idea for RSC sewing since a lot of my scraps are long strings. Maybe next year!
ReplyDeleteI love your rainbow challenge blocks. That is going to be one cheerful and lovely quilt when you get it done!
ReplyDeleteSorry you have been sick. It is my turn now and it sure does slow you down. Who has time for that?
I like how you are using the same background color to pull the blocks together - they are looking great!
ReplyDeleteLove that yellow log cabin! That fabric with the red and blue swirls on it (in the top left log cabin) is great. Glad you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic RCS project. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors! It will be so fun to see it all come together with all the different colors. I love scrap quilts--and really like how you've kept the background the same so as to give it some sort of continuity. Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteThey are so bright and happy looking! Hope you feel better soon!

I'm loving them too! I adore your yellow and blue green blocks. Beautiful and fun!

I adore your yellows and blues in that block! (And the pop of red in the center goes perfectly.)
ReplyDeleteThe aqua background makes a nice change from a neutral background
